When will I pick up my order/When will the unit released to me?
After you have successfully placed your order, we will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email/text message.

After successful verification (Time Frame: within 24-48 hours after order date) and after you successfully finish all the required process (for installment), you can expect to pick up/released your unit within 24 hours (if the unit is available to your nearest branch) and within 72 hours (if the unit is not available to your nearest branch).

*NOTE: If the releasing day falls on a holiday the releasing day will be on the next working day.
How do I track my order status? (Order tracking)
For registered users:
  1. You should input your order ID.
  2. Proceed.
  3. You will be transferred to the status of your order.
